Did you close your account at one stage? I remember when I went to look at your profile I seen it was deactivated.

I have, but it was actually unrelated to DA itself funnily enough if you're wondering.

Yeah, though I got sick of keeping up with all my watches, I can't remember the names of all my top faves, so I reactivated when I wanted to check art from them. Thanks... and I don't believe we've spoken before? Or have we? :?

You are actually agreeing with many of the things I am trying to say. This is why I hate submission limits.
DA is massive in art.
Yes. Hence why we have "groups" to organize said art. If the art is not in a group, it's in limbo and harder to find.
That is why I, as someone who admits I can't draw, enjoy promoting excellent but hard to find art, older art, art by people who aren't as active or as proud to promote themselves, or don't understand the group system.
I know groups are also communities, often having events and things that non-artists like me have no part in. So when I get shut down in the one thing I *can* do, submitting to groups, it's like being told I'm not welcome.

Every great art deserves a place in a group, and every group deserves the best art. I have tried explaining my views repeatedly to the admins, but maybe being artists themselves they do not understand my position. I'm used to being in the corner of this website but it continues to sting each time I'm being kept out. But more than that, I am told I was rude, (and then that was taken back, not apologized for), and "demanding" whatever that means.

Ironically, the group has taken my suggestion shortly after kicking me out of the group for no reason. I have asked repeatedly what I have done to warrant this and no one will answer me. I have been insulted, lied to, ignored, threatened, and attacked, all for trying to help the group. I'm not sure if the founder is blind or stupid, I'm leaning toward stupid, but repeatedly has trouble understanding what I say. I have tried to explain myself, and now I've been banned. No one will tell me what I should have done differently or what if anything I did wrong. I have been accused of single-handedly "ganging up" on someone one-on-one, but when several members of the group gang up on me after I've been banned and can no longer defend myself, the admins are silent.

Keep in mind that being willing to answer questions and receive suggestions doesn't necessarily mean going through with said suggestions.

That I realize.
Yet, she went through with said suggestions anyway, proving that I was right all along-
SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

The fact that you're intimidating for her.
I'm not sure how to comfort you. I'd feel a little strange hugging a stranger. :noes:
Um, :iconpetsplz:
